Not looking for super knobby tires, but something better in dirt than typical street or sport touring tires.
I want to say that years ago, there were people on here raving about a Continental tire (I think...TKC or something) and how these guys swore by the traction while on the street, even in the corners but offered a better bite/dig for those dirt roads than...

Also if it had some side flares to deflect the wind around my shoulders that would be an added bonus .
