Assuming you're looking for full time during business hours?
    Any after hour/weekend opportunities?

I am tossing the idea around for maybe once or twice a week after hours something like 5-8 or 6-8 or..??....just have to see how the project manager wants to approach it, what our needs are and whom is going to be willing to teach it that late. I have what is called a level III which allows me to teach non destructive testing classes; however the materials testing is a different side of the business. Typical classes for what I do are 1000-1500/class but right now I am tossing out ideas up to and including hiring a few folks that are hungry and paying them a "trainee" wage until we can get them trained and certified....then the salary would increase substantially once accepted by a client on a project. If I could get a decent size group interested it could be a very good career changer for folks.......
